Conveyancing Solicitor Vacancy

We are currently looking for an efficient, enthusiastic and client focussed conveyancing solicitor to be based full time in either our Alresford or Southampton office.  The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE, will be highly motivated, will be able to work independently and will have an ability to generate their own caseload and develop new referral sources.  They will excel at communication and networking and be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales and deadlines.  The candidate will be a team player, be highly organised, have a friendly yet professional approach and have good working relationships with local agents and other conveyancers to enable progression of matters quickly but diligently.

We are a CQS accredited firm and as such the right candidate will be expected to have an in depth knowledge of risk, compliance and money laundering regulations and will follow procedures diligently and with a high level of organisation.

A knowledge of commercial property transactions and/or probate matters will be an advantage.

Senior Family Solicitor Vacancy

We are currently looking for a senior family solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our growing family team.

We are a specialist family firm in Hampshire with a strong focus on all forms of dispute resolution, with client care being paramount.  We offer a friendly working environment and are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and forward thinking member of our family team.

The right candidate will have an in depth knowledge of matrimonial law and must undertake their own advocacy.  They should be committed to all forms of dispute resolution and have experience of financial matters arising from separation. This will include TOLATA/ Schedule 1 Children Act claims and high net worth matters including complex business and pension issues.  You must be a team player and ideally also a mediator, with some experience of managing staff members.  A professional, client focussed approach with the ability to be personable and compassionate towards clients is essential.

Experience of contested probate matters and/or wills and probate would also be beneficial.
