We are currently looking for a Family Solicitor with 1 to 5 years PQE to join our family team.
We are a specialist family law firm based in Hampshire with a strong focus on all forms of dispute resolution, with client care being paramount. We offer a friendly and supportive working environment, with bonus schemes to reward performance. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Family Solicitor.
The right candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of all areas of family law, (particularly in respect of financial settlements on divorce and private children matters), will undertake their own advocacy and should be able to work independently. They will be able to work efficiently as part of a team, will be well organised, have a high level of accuracy and will have the ability to build good relationships with other professionals and network locally to build on their reputation and client base. They should be committed to all forms of dispute resolution and will have experience of all areas of Family Law.
A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to be personable and compassionate towards clients is essential. Experience in more specialist areas of family law and being trained in mediation and/or collaborative work would be beneficial.
